Adrenaline Rush
An adrenaline rush is an super intense feeling. Adrenaline is a hormone in the body that activates when you go through a traumatic experience. There are alot of symptoms of an adrenaline rush like noticeable increase in your strength, no pain, heightened senses, sudden boost of energy, and increased breathing. If you enjoy having an adrenaline rush but don't think that you are the right type of person to participate in extreme sports then here are some things you can do. You can go on a roller coaster, but if your not the roller coaster type and your more like a couch potato then you can play certain video games to give you an adrenaline rush you just have to go and find them. Other things you can do are like listen and dance too music, or put yourself in a stealth situation, but the quickest and probably the longest way is to drink coffee or a drink that has caffeine in it.
